The Serbian Philatelic Association had the honor and pleasure to participate online via video link at the Philatelic Forum in Northeast China – Shenyang.

A presentation on the work and activities of our association was presented to numerous philatelists in this part of China.

Thank you to Mr. Zhongwei Zhao for the invitation and trust.
