Assembly of the UPS

The highest governing body of the UPS is the Assembly, which consists of the delegates of the Members. All Members are obliged to provide the UPS with the exact number of their members in a timely manner so that a decision on calling for elections and proposals for the adoption of the necessary acts can be prepared. Members determine the number of delegates (member/members of the Assembly) for each regular, extraordinary, regular election or extraordinary election session of the Assembly in accordance with the number of their members.

Management board of UPS

The management board of UPS has 5 members, namely: the president of UPS, two vice-presidents and 2 members, all of whom must be members of UPS members.

At the extraordinary election assembly of the UPS held on January 9, 2024, the new leadership of the UPS was elected.

The Management Board consists of:

• Vladimir Milić (SFD) – president;
• Zoran Stepanović (FD Belgrade / SFK) – vice president;
• Dragan Krstić (FD Belgrade) – vice president;
• Filip Kulić, member, (DNSF) – member and
• Željko Popović (UF Apatin) – member.

Supervisory Board of UPS

The supervisory board is competent to:

• Controls the legality of UPS work, compliance with the UPS Statutes and regulations;
• Controls compliance of the UPS rulebook with the Statute;
• Controls material – financial operations;
• Performs other activities of importance for achieving the goals and objectives of the UPS;
• Controls the compliance of the Statute of Members and the Statute of the Union of Philatelists of the Provinces with this Statute.

At the extraordinary election assembly of UPS held on January 9, 2024, the members of the new supervisory board of UPS were elected.

The Supervisory Board consists of:

• Rastislav Spevak (DF Bački Petrovac) – president;
• Miloš Vuković (SFD) – member and
• Zoran Vrucan (UF Apatin) – member.

Secretary of the UPS

At the 7th regular session of the UPS Board of Directors held on November 2, 2024, the Secretary of UPS was elected:

• Boris Stupar (SFD).
