The Army Home, or Warrior’s Home, is located at 19 Braće Jugovića Street.

The construction of the Home was completed in 1931 according to the project of professors and architects Jovan Jovanović and Živojin Piperski. The palace was built in a modern style with elements of expressionism. The land for the construction of the Home was donated by the Administration of the City of Belgrade, as a gift to former soldiers. The Warriors’ Home was built thanks to the voluntary contributions of the members of the National Defense and with the financial help of patron King Aleksandar I Karađorđević.

Numerous cultural events are organized in this monumental building, such as: exhibitions, concerts, book promotions, panels, lectures…

The premises of the Army Home are also used for hosting receptions, conferences, seminars, presentations, fairs, business meetings and various cultural events.
