In mid-January 1843, a commission was formed consisting of Stevan Stojanovi\u0107, Ilija Gara\u0161anin, Jevrem Nenadovi\u0107, and Uro\u0161 Bori\u0161evi\u0107. They submitted a report to the Council on April 6, 1843, regarding postal regulation and a request for a new postal law, which Prince Aleksandar Kara\u0111or\u0111evi\u0107 signed on October 15, 1843.<\/p>\n<p>Based on this law, there were four main postal lines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Belgrade \u2013 Grocka \u2013 Po\u017earevac \u2013 Kru\u0161evac (Ku\u010devo) &#8211; Milanovac (Donji) &#8211; Brza Palanka &#8211; Negotin to Radujevac<\/li>\n<li>Belgrade \u2013 Grocka \u2013 Kolari \u2013 Palanka (Smederevska) \u2013 Bato\u010dina \u2013 Jagodina \u2013 \u0106uprija \u2013 Para\u0107in &#8211; \u0160upeljak (Jovanovac) to Aleksinac<\/li>\n<li>Belgrade \u2013 Grocka \u2013 Kolari \u2013 Palanka (Smederevska) \u2013 Bato\u010dina \u2013 Kragujevac &#8211; Brusnica \u2013 \u010ca\u010dak \u2013 Po\u017eega \u2013 U\u017eice to Mokra Gora<\/li>\n<li>Belgrade \u2013 Pale\u017e (Obrenovac) &#8211; \u0160abac to Loznica<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After the Decree on the Organization of the State Council of Serbia in 1840, where it was decided to establish and organize a postal service in Serbia, there were no new postal laws until 1843.
