Total correct franking 85 p for England after Serbia\u2019s entering UPU on 1 St. September 1875 when the tariff was reduced from 135 para to 85 para.<\/p>\n<p>This is the ONLY ONE letter of the principality of Serbia with FOUR COLOR FRANKING.<\/p>\n<p>Pushed in London at the auction 1938, belonging to famous collector Mihajlo Janjic up to 1962 when in excange was given to the Belgian Ambassador in Belgrade (probably the greatest collector of Serbia of any time).
