All Members are obliged to provide the UPS with the exact number of their members in a timely manner so that a decision on calling for elections and proposals for the adoption of the necessary acts can be prepared. Members determine the number of delegates (member\/members of the Assembly) for each regular, extraordinary, regular election or extraordinary election session of the Assembly in accordance with the number of their members.<\/p>\n<h3>Management board of UPS<\/h3>\n<p>The management board of UPS has 5 members, namely: the president of UPS, two vice-presidents and 2 members, all of whom must be members of UPS members.<\/p>\n<p>At the extraordinary election assembly of the UPS held on January 9, 2024, the new leadership of the UPS was elected.<\/p>\n<p>The Management Board consists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vladimir Mili\u0107 (SFD) \u2013 president;<\/li>\n<li>Zoran Stepanovi\u0107 (FD Belgrade \/ SFK) \u2013 vice president;<\/li>\n<li>Dragan Krsti\u0107 (FD Belgrade) \u2013 vice president;<\/li>\n<li>Filip Kuli\u0107, member, (DNSF) \u2013 member and<\/li>\n<li>\u017deljko Popovi\u0107 (UF Apatin) \u2013 member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Supervisory Board of UPS<\/h3>\n<p>The supervisory board is competent to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Controls the legality of UPS work, compliance with the UPS Statutes and regulations;<\/li>\n<li>Controls compliance of the UPS rulebook with the Statute;<\/li>\n<li>Controls material &#8211; financial operations;<\/li>\n<li>Performs other activities of importance for achieving the goals and objectives of the UPS;<\/li>\n<li>Controls the compliance of the Statute of Members and the Statute of the Union of Philatelists of the Provinces with this Statute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the extraordinary election assembly of UPS held on January 9, 2024, the members of the new supervisory board of UPS were elected.<\/p>\n<p>The Supervisory Board consists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rastislav Spevak (DF Ba\u010dki Petrovac) \u2013 president;<\/li>\n<li>Milo\u0161 Vukovi\u0107 (SFD) \u2013 member and<\/li>\n<li>Zoran Vrucan (UF Apatin) \u2013 member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Secretary of the UPS<\/h3>\n<p>At the 7th regular session of the UPS Board of Directors held on November 2, 2024, the Secretary of UPS was elected:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Boris Stupar (SFD).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Assembly of the UPS The highest governing body of the UPS is the Assembly, which consists of the delegates of the Members.
